TPF Group formalizes CENOR acquisition, PORTUGAL

Last 15th October took place in Lisbon the ceremony of acquisition of the share capital of CENOR by TPF, S.A..

This operation will allow our group to hold two companies in Portugal with a combined turnover of around 40 to 45 million euros and 350-400 employees. The companies are already working together but the merger will take place only in 2017 giving origin to a new company, TPF PLANEGE CENOR.

This acquisition for many years hailed and already envisaged by the two boards will create a company with the critical mass desirable and required to a major national and international player. Two competing companies for about 35 years are now together to create a young and dynamic company, with a future.

 

Strategic Basin Plan for the Utilization and Development of the Lúrio River Basin, MOZAMBIQUE

Within the scope of the National Project for the Development of the Water Resources of Mozambique, the National Directorate of Water of Mozambique entrusted to TPF Planege, with the support of TPF Mozambique, the execution of the Strategic Basin Plan for the Utilization and Development of the Lúrio River Basin.

With an intervention area of about 60.800 km2, this new contract financed by the World Bank has as main goal the definition of the strategy of sustainable social, economic and environmental development of the Lúrio River Basin, where the component of capacity building and training of the technicians who will be responsible, in the future, for the implementation and management of the plan, assumes special relevance.

TPF Planege develops Water and Sanitation Master Plan of the Island of Boa Vista, CAPE VERDE

The Government of Cape Verde, through the Luxembourg Agency for Cooperation and Development (LUX-Development), awarded to TPF Planege the execution of the Water and Sanitation Master Plan of the Island of Boa Vista, within the scope of the reform of the country’s sector of water and sanitation.

With a project’s horizon of 20 years, the Water and Sanitation Master Plan of the Island of Boa Vista aims at achieving the Millenium Development Goals concerning the conditions of water supply and sanitation to the populations of this region. This plan will be accompanied by a Strategic Environmental and Social Evaluation, where will be evaluated the potential environmental and social risks and the main forecasted effects associated to its implementation, with the respective measures envisaged to reinforce the positive effects and to minimise the negative effects.

TPF Planege in the “13ème Salon International des Travaux Publics”, ALGERIA

TPF Planege was present in the “13ème Salon International des Travaux Publics” which took place in the Palais des Expositions d’Alger, from 18th to 22nd November. This participation included the presentation of the main works which have contributed to the development of the countries in which we are present, with special emphasis to Algeria. In the event were present the main economic agents and companies of the sector of the national and international public works.

TPF Planege signs a new contract with ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal, PORTUGAL

Giving continuity to the works under execution in the Lisbon Airport, ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal awarded to TPF Planege another contract of Construction Supervision and Health and Safety Coordination on construction site. This new work comprises the relocation of the security area and the extension of the floor 0 in the Terminal 2 of Lisbon Airport.

Our teams are responsible for guarantee the respect of the budget and of the contractual planning, guaranteeing the full respect of the contractual requirements in terms of quality and safety of the work.

 

The International Expansion arrives at the Middle East, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Strengthening the company’s strategy in being present in new international markets, TPF Planege has recently opened a branch in the Middle East, more precisely in the United Arab Emirates. With headquarters in the capital, Abu Dhabi, the new branch of TPF Planege is thus nearer to the Middle East markets, aiming the exploration of new business opportunities in the region.

TPF Planege collaborates in the Cameroon Flood Emergency Project, CAMEROON

Within the scope of the Flood Emergency Project for Cameroon, the Government of Cameroon awarded to TPF Setico Ingénierie / TPF Planege Consortium the supervision of the rehabilitation works of the irrigated areas, dams of Maga and Logone and of Mayo Vrick.

This Project, financed by the World Bank, has as goal the rehabilitation of the key hydraulic structures for flood protection, contributing not only for the safety of populations, but also to agricultural development in the region, particularly in terms of the culture of rice, which production should duplicate in medium term.

TPF Angola in the 2nd Edition of the Angolan Expo Industry, ANGOLA

TPF Angola was present in the 2nd Edition of the Angolan Expo Industry that took place in the period in from 10 to 13 December at the World Trade Center in Viana, under the slogan “National Industry Motor of Change”. The purpose of this participation was the presentation of the main works developed by TPF Angola, which have contributed to the economic improvement and industrial development of the country, and simultaneously the search for new business opportunities in this important sector.

Le Groupe TPF réalise l’acquisition de CENOR, PORTUGAL

Le 15 octobre passé a eu lieu à Lisbonne la cérémonie d’acquisition par TPF, S.A. de la plupart du capital de CENOR.

Cette opération ira permettre à notre groupe d’avoir deux sociétés au Portugal avec une facturation consolidée d’environ 40 à 45 millions d’euros avec 350 à 400 collaborateurs. Les sociétés sont déjà à travailler ensemble, mais la fusion proprement dite ira se dérouler seulement en 2017, donnant l’origine à une nouvelle société, la  TPF PLANEGE CENOR.

Cette acquisition, saluée et déjà envisagée depuis quelques années par les deux administrations, permettra de créer une société avec une masse critique nécessaire et désirée à un grand "player" national et international. Deux sociétés concurrentes, depuis il y a 35 ans, sont ainsi jointes pour créer une société jeune, dynamique avec un grand futur.

Plan du Bassin Hydrographique du Fleuve Lúrio, MOZAMBIQUE

Dans le cadre du Projet National de Développement des Ressources Hydriques de Mozambique, la Direction Nationale des Eaux de Mozambique a confié à TPF Planege, avec l’appui de TPF Moçambique, la réalisation du Plan Stratégique pour l’Utilisation et Développement du Bassin Hydrographique du Fleuve Lúrio.

Avec une superficie d’intervention d’environ 60.800 km2, ce nouveau contrat, financé par la Banque Mondiale, a pour objectif principal la définition de la stratégie de développement social, économique et environnemental durable du bassin du Fleuve Lúrio, où la composante de capacitation et de formation des techniciens qui dans le futur seront les responsables pour l’implémentation et gestion du plan prend spéciale importance.

TPF Planege réalise le Plan Directeur de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement de l’Ile de Boa Vista, CAP-VERT

Le Gouvernement du Cap-Vert, à travers l’Agence  Luxembourgeoise pour la Coopération et le Développement (LUX-Development), a octroyé  à TPF Planege la réalisation du Plan Directeur de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement de l’Ile de Boa Vista, dans le cadre de la réforme du secteur de l’eau et de l’assainissement du pays.

Avec un horizon de projet de 20 ans, le Plan Directeur de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement pour l’Ile de Boa Vista vise atteindre les Objectifs du Millénaire pour le Développement en ce qui concerne les conditions de fournissement d’eau et l’assainissement aux populations de cette région. Ce plan sera accompagné par une Evaluation Environnementale et Sociale Stratégique, où seront évalués les risques potentiels environnementaux et sociaux et les principaux effets prévisibles associés à son implémentation, avec les respectives mesures destinées à renforcer les effets positifs et à minimiser les effets négatifs.

TPF Planege a marqué sa présence dans le “13ème Salon International des Travaux Publics” qui a eu lieu dans le  Palais des Expositions d’Alger, du 18 au  22 novembre. TPF Planege signe un nouveau contrat avec ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal, PORTUGAL

Donnant continuité aux travaux actuellement en cours à l’Aéroport de Lisbonne, l’ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal a octroyé à TPF Planege une nouvelle prestation de services de Supervision et Coordination de la Sécurité et Santé en Œuvre. Ce nouvel ouvrage comprend la relocalisation de la zone de sécurité et l’extension de l’étage 0 du Terminal 2 de l’Aéroport de Lisbonne.

Nos équipes auront la mission d’assurer la conformité avec le budget et les délais contractuels de l’ouvrage garantissant le plein respect des exigences contractuelles de la qualité et sécurité de l’ouvrage en question.

L’Expansion Internationale arrive au Moyen-Orient, EMIRATS ARABES UNIS

En renforçant l’engagement de l’société dans la conquête de nouveaux marchés internationaux TPF Planege a ouvert récemment une succursale au Moyen-Orient, plus exactement aux Emirats Arabes Unis. Avec son siège dans la capitale, Abu Dhabi, la nouvelle succursale de TPF Planege est ainsi plus proche des marchés du Moyen-Orient, ayant en vue l’exploration de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires dans la région.

TPF Planege collabore dans le Projet d’Emergence de Lutte Contre les Inondations au Cameroun, CAMEROUN

Dans le cadre du Projet d’Emergence de Lutte contre les Inondations au Cameroun, le Gouvernement du Cameroun a attribué à l’Association TPF Setico Ingénierie / TPF Planege la supervision des travaux de réhabilitation des périmètres irrigués, digues de Maga et Logone et du Mayo Vrick.

Ce Projet, financé par la Banque Mondiale, a pour objectif la réhabilitation des principales structures hydrauliques de prévention des inondations, contribuant non seulement pour la sécurité des populations, mais aussi pour le développement agricole de la région, en spécial pour la culture du riz dont la production devra doubler dans le moyen terme.

TPF Angola dans la 2ème Édition du Salon de l'Industrie Angolaise, ANGOLA

TPF Angola a été présente dans la 2ème édition du Salon de l'Industrie Angolaise, qui a eu lieu dans la période du 10 au 13 décembre 2015 au World Trade Center à Viana, sous le slogan "Industrie Nationale Moteurs du Changement". Cette participation a eu pour objectifs la présentation des principaux travaux réalisés par TPF Angola qui ont contribué à la dynamisation économique et le développement industriel du pays et, en même temps, la recherche de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans ce secteur si important.

Grupo TPF formaliza aquisição da CENOR, PORTUGAL

Decorreu no passado dia 15 de Outubro, em Lisboa, a cerimónia de aquisição da maioria do capital da CENOR pela TPF, S.A..

Esta operação vai permitir ao nosso grupo deter duas empresas em Portugal com facturação consolidada da ordem dos 40 a 45 milhões de euros e 350 a 400 colaboradores. As empresas estão já a trabalhar em conjunto, mas a fusão em concreto apenas deverá ocorrer em 2017, dando origem a uma nova empresa, a TPF PLANEGE CENOR.

Esta aquisição saudada e já ambicionada há alguns anos pelas duas administrações permitirá criar uma empresa com a massa crítica desejável e necessária a um grande "player" nacional e internacional. Dois concorrentes, desde há 35 anos, juntam-se assim para criarem uma empresa jovem, dinâmica e com futuro.

Plano de Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Lúrio, MOÇAMBIQUE

No âmbito do Projecto Nacional de Desenvolvimento dos Recursos Hídricos de Moçambique, a Direcção Nacional de Águas de Moçambique confiou à TPF Planege, com o apoio da TPF Moçambique, a elaboração do Plano Estratégico para Utilização e Desenvolvimento da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Lúrio.

Com uma área de intervenção de cerca de 60.800 km2, este novo contrato, financiado pelo Banco Mundial, tem como principal objectivo a definição da estratégia de desenvolvimento social, económico e ambiental sustentável da bacia do Rio Lúrio, onde a componente da capacitação e formação dos técnicos que no futuro serão responsáveis pela implementação e gestão do plano assume especial relevância. 

TPF Planege elabora Plano Director de Água e Saneamento da Ilha de Boa Vista, CABO VERDE

O Governo de Cabo Verde, através de Agência Luxemburguesa para a Cooperação e Desenvolvimento (LUX-Development), adjudicou à TPF Planege a elaboração do Plano Director de Água e Saneamento da Ilha de Boa Vista, no âmbito da reforma do sector da água e saneamento do país.

Com um horizonte de projecto de 20 anos, o Plano Director de Água e Saneamento para a Ilha de Boa Vista visa atingir os Objectivos de Desenvolvimento do Milénio no que se refere às condições de fornecimento de água e saneamento às populações desta região. Este plano será acompanhado de uma Avaliação Ambiental e Social Estratégica, onde serão avaliados os potenciais riscos ambientais e sociais e os principais efeitos previsíveis associados à sua implementação, com as respectivas medidas destinadas a potenciar os efeitos positivos e a minimizar os negativos.

TPF Planege colabora no Projecto de Emergência de Combate a Inundações nos Camarões, CAMARÕES

No âmbito do Projecto de Emergência de Combate a Inundações nos Camarões, o Governo dos Camarões, atribuiu ao Consórcio TPF Setico Ingénierie / TPF Planege a fiscalização dos trabalhos de reabilitação dos perímetros irrigados, diques de Maga e Logone e do Mayo Vrick.

Este Projecto, financiado pelo Banco Mundial, tem por objectivo a reabilitação das principais estruturas hidráulicas de prevenção a inundações, contribuindo não só para a segurança das populações, mas também para o desenvolvimento agrícola da região, em particular para a cultura de arroz cuja produção deverá duplicar a médio prazo.

A TPF Angola marcou a sua presença na 2ª Edição do Salão da Indústria Angolana que decorreu no período de 10 a 13 de Dezembro 2015 no World Trade Center, em Viana, sob o lema “Indústria Nacional Motor da Mudança”. Esta participação teve em vista a apresentação dos principais trabalhos que têm contribuído para a dinamização económica e o desenvolvimento industrial do país, com vista à obtenção de novas oportunidades de negócio.
