
TPF Group formalizes CENOR acquisition, PORTUGAL
Last 15th October took place in Lisbon the ceremony of acquisition of the share capital of CENOR by TPF, S.A..
This operation will allow our group to hold two companies in Portugal with a combined turnover of around 40 to 45 million euros and 350-400 employees. The companies are already working together but the merger will take place only in 2017 giving origin to a new company, TPF PLANEGE CENOR.
This acquisition for many years hailed and already envisaged by the two boards will create a company with the critical mass desirable and required to a major national and international player. Two competing companies for about 35 years are now together to create a young and dynamic company, with a future.

Strategic Basin Plan for the Utilization and Development of the Lúrio River Basin, MOZAMBIQUE
Within the scope of the National Project for the Development of the Water Resources of Mozambique, the National Directorate of Water of Mozambique entrusted to TPF Planege, with the support of TPF Mozambique, the execution of the Strategic Basin Plan for the Utilization and Development of the Lúrio River Basin.
With an intervention area of about 60.800 km2, this new contract financed by the World Bank has as main goal the definition of the strategy of sustainable social, economic and environmental development of the Lúrio River Basin, where the component of capacity building and training of the technicians who will be responsible, in the future, for the implementation and management of the plan, assumes special relevance.

TPF Planege develops Water and Sanitation Master Plan of the Island of Boa Vista, CAPE VERDE
The Government of Cape Verde, through the Luxembourg Agency for Cooperation and Development (LUX-Development), awarded to TPF Planege the execution of the Water and Sanitation Master Plan of the Island of Boa Vista, within the scope of the reform of the country’s sector of water and sanitation.
With a project’s horizon of 20 years, the Water and Sanitation Master Plan of the Island of Boa Vista aims at achieving the Millenium Development Goals concerning the conditions of water supply and sanitation to the populations of this region. This plan will be accompanied by a Strategic Environmental and Social Evaluation, where will be evaluated the potential environmental and social risks and the main forecasted effects associated to its implementation, with the respective measures envisaged to reinforce the positive effects and to minimise the negative effects.

TPF Planege in the “13ème Salon International des Travaux Publics”, ALGERIA
TPF Planege was present in the “13ème Salon International des Travaux Publics” which took place in the Palais des Expositions d’Alger, from 18th to 22nd November. This participation included the presentation of the main works which have contributed to the development of the countries in which we are present, with special emphasis to Algeria. In the event were present the main economic agents and companies of the sector of the national and international public works.

TPF Planege signs a new contract with ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal, PORTUGAL
Giving continuity to the works under execution in the Lisbon Airport, ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal awarded to TPF Planege another contract of Construction Supervision and Health and Safety Coordination on construction site. This new work comprises the relocation of the security area and the extension of the floor 0 in the Terminal 2 of Lisbon Airport.
Our teams are responsible for guarantee the respect of the budget and of the contractual planning, guaranteeing the full respect of the contractual requirements in terms of quality and safety of the work.

The International Expansion arrives at the Middle East, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Strengthening the company’s strategy in being present in new international markets, TPF Planege has recently opened a branch in the Middle East, more precisely in the United Arab Emirates. With headquarters in the capital, Abu Dhabi, the new branch of TPF Planege is thus nearer to the Middle East markets, aiming the exploration of new business opportunities in the region.

TPF Planege collaborates in the Cameroon Flood Emergency Project, CAMEROON
Within the scope of the Flood Emergency Project for Cameroon, the Government of Cameroon awarded to TPF Setico Ingénierie / TPF Planege Consortium the supervision of the rehabilitation works of the irrigated areas, dams of Maga and Logone and of Mayo Vrick.
This Project, financed by the World Bank, has as goal the rehabilitation of the key hydraulic structures for flood protection, contributing not only for the safety of populations, but also to agricultural development in the region, particularly in terms of the culture of rice, which production should duplicate in medium term.
TPF Angola in the 2nd Edition of the Angolan Expo Industry, ANGOLA
TPF Angola was present in the 2nd Edition of the Angolan Expo Industry that took place in the period in from 10 to 13 December at the World Trade Center in Viana, under the slogan “National Industry Motor of Change”. The purpose of this participation was the presentation of the main works developed by TPF Angola, which have contributed to the economic improvement and industrial development of the country, and simultaneously the search for new business opportunities in this important sector.
